Our story
How to Porto Santo is a unique travel-community-tech startup created with love by a collaboration between a local Porto Santese and an expat living at Porto Santo to share full beauty of their island with the entire world.

From indulging in local cuisine to exciting sailing adventures, we aim to create a vibrant community on our stunning island of Porto Santo, Madeira Islands, Portugal.

We see ourselves as pioneers of providing useful up-to-date information for all key local places, saving you time and sparing extra effort of doing own research, translating information from Portuguese into their language and/or having to contact places of interest directly to find out about opening times and services.
Our ambition is to become proactive community builders uniting Porto Santese locals, expats and incoming tourists from Madeira, Mainland Portugal as well as foreign visitors, to make everyone feel welcome enjoying the beauty and cultural exchange at our island.
