June 2025 in Porto Santo is bursting with culture, celebration, and community spirit. The month begins with a school exchange promoting environmental education, followed by a month-long art exhibition by illustrator Daniel Silvestre. Religious traditions take center stage during the Jubilee 2025 and the Feast of Saints Peter and Paul, while the Blue Flag Hoisting Ceremony honors the island’s pristine beaches. Literature lovers can enjoy the "At Nightfall" session at the Municipal Library. Sports enthusiasts are treated to the São João Tournaments, featuring everything from football and golf to darts and fishing. The City Stage Concert Series energizes mid-June nights with live music. The main event, the São João Festival, lights up Porto Santo from June 20–24 with parades, fireworks, concerts on multiple stages, and vibrant street festivities. Wrapping up the celebrations is Municipality Day on June 24, commemorating Porto Santo’s civic pride with official ceremonies and performances.
